You may have noticed that your race packs are a little different this year. We’ve made some improvements to make your #OH race day experience even better. This year the race brochure has gone digital and will be available to view online very soon. In the mean you can find important race day information here.

When will I receive my Race Pack?

You will receive your race pack up to 2 weeks before the event. Race packs are sent out in batches over the course of a week, so please be patient – even if your friends have received theirs! If you registered multiple entries when you signed up, your packs will still arrive separately. If you have not received a race pack by Friday 7th October, you can pick one up from our very friendly helpdesk in the Race Village on the weekend.
Help desk will be open between 12-4pm on Saturday 8th October and from 7.30am on Sunday 9th October.
We strongly advise, if possible, to come to the help desk on Saturday to minimise any potential delays on race day.

RACE DAY KITBAG

A new addition for 2016 is the race day kitbag that you will receive in your race pack, together with your race number and adhesive sticker. You must use the kitbag on race day if you wish to use the bag drop facility in the Race Village.

Please carefully remove the baggage tag from your race number and attach to the rope of your kitbag.

Then affix the adhesive sticker (that correlates to your race number) included in your pack to the front of your kitbag as indicated, before dropping off your bag on race day.

You will use this bag for all your belongings on race day and collect it from bag drop after the race.

RACE NUMBER

Below is an example of your race number, prefixed with a letter which corresponds to the start pen you have been allocated according to your predicted finish time.

This indicates which start pen to head to on race day, there will also be additional directional signage on the day.
